Los artículos en existencia comienzan el proceso de pedido tan pronto como se completa su compra en línea. Su artículo se enviará una vez que el artículo esté en stock, se apruebe su pago y se verifique la dirección. Una vez que su pedido sale de nuestro almacén, los tiempos de entrega varían según la ubicación de su dirección de envío y el manejo de los transportistas. Si un artículo no está en stock, se lo notificaremos por correo electrónico y se enviará tan pronto como esté disponible. Los pedidos se envían solo en días hábiles. Los días hábiles son de lunes a viernes, excepto los feriados observados dentro de los Estados Unidos. Por lo general, el envío de un pedido demora 3 días hábiles.

International Shipping

Generally, international customers pay additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please understand that this is a standard practice among e-commerce stores and other retailers.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are. Additionally, contact your customs office to learn about specific restrictions, licensing, or special provisions on the import of your goods.

We create the shipping label and fill out the commercial invoice and other customs forms appropriately to expedite customs clearance. In these documents, we include a full description of the goods (i.e., what it is, what it’s used for, the ingredients, and the country of origin) and the value of the goods. If, however, you are asked this information please make sure to include all details possible to reduce the risk of customs delays or holds impacting delivery.

We understand that some countries heavily restrict the shipment of dried herbs & dietary supplements and some others place restrictions and require additional permits from the importer. Each country has a different custom agency with specific laws and requirements that unfortunately are out of our control. We would love to be able to ship Mother Herbs' products and spread this knowledge without restriction to each and every corner of the world, however, international laws do not evolve as fast as commerce does and this significantly impacts our reach.

Please be advised that we are not responsible for packages being held by customs or local authorities.

Any returns not due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Any items returned without prior authorization will be considered a donation and shall be equally distributed to less fortunate customers.
